Our standard home warranty contract term is 1 year and can be renewed upon expiration. There is a 30-day waiting period before you can make service requests when you purchase a new home warranty plan.
If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it and cover the cost to remove the defective items subject to your plan’s limitations and exclusions.
Once your coverage begins (30 days after you purchase your new home warranty plan) you can request service 24/7 online or call 1-888-691-2854 during standard business hours to request service.

I rented a motel room for the night and as I was getting ready to leave, the contractor called and said he could be there that night if I still wanted him to!!! I was soooo happy. Great service for homeowners! If you have a ton of cash ready for any home system that may fail at any moment then you are good. If you are like the other 90% of homeowners who don't, then do yourself a favor and protect your investment with an AHS home warranty. Seriously, a new HVAC in California costs over $4K. I paid $100. A new stove last year was $400, but I paid $75. It's in my budget and I don't think twice. AHS always takes great care of me.

I used AHS for the first time and what an easy process. I booked a service appointment online, paid the $100 service fee, and the repairman fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Our "trusted" AC tune up guys told us our unit was leaking refrigerant and needed a new coil unit.
