Your built-in jetted tub is a relaxing, rejuvenating addition to your bathroom. Proper maintenance to the motor, pump and air switch assembly will keep it running for years, but malfunctions still happen. That's why it's important to have coverage in place when repairs are needed. Rather than panicking when you discover a covered problem, you can simply place a service request online or call American Home Shield®.

American Home Shield will cover up to $1,000 should the contractor need to cut through concrete to access any system components.

Yes, all 3 of our home warranty plans, ShieldSilver, ShieldGold, ShieldPlatinum, include coverage for built-in jetted tub motors, parts, and air switch assemblies.

Our standard home warranty contract term is 1 year and can be renewed upon expiration. You can place your first service request 30 days after you sign up for your plan. You will not be charged until your coverage begins at the 30-day mark. 

If we can’t repair the covered built-in jetted tub motor or parts, we’ll replace it subject to the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement and remove the defective item.
