Home Doorbells Warranty Coverage
Home Warranties Explained
You rely on your doorbell to alert you when you have a guest. When your doorbell malfunctions, you might not hear a knock and, as a result, won't know when someone is at your front door. Doorbells are typically reliable systems in your home, but that doesn't mean they don't encounter the occasional malfunction.
Common doorbell malfunctions are best left to the professionals. However, you might be unsure of how to find a qualified service contractor, and you might be worried about the expense associated with the repair. An American Home Shield® home warranty will take care of covered doorbell problems for you. When your doorbell malfunctions, we'll send a qualified, professional service contractor to diagnose the problem and, if the problem is covered, repair or replace your doorbell. You'll pay a Trade Service Call Fee based on the amount you select when you purchase your home service plan and per the terms of your contract, as well as any costs not covered by your contract.
