An Expert will help you assess or fix the issue in real time, giving you personalized answers and saving you an unnecessary service visit if a repair is not needed.

Rekey Service²

Moving into a new home? Misplaced a key? Don’t worry. AHS Rekey Service makes safeguarding your house quick and hassle-free. With just a quick service request and a nominal fee, a professional locksmith will rekey up to six keyholes and provide you with four identical keys, making this an invaluable AHS home service.

New HVAC Program³

Repairing or replacing your HVAC system can become a major expense when it is on its last leg. Without a home warranty, HVAC replacement costs can range up to $15,000. But it doesn’t have to be with our next AHS service, the New HVAC Program.

HVAC Tune-Ups⁴

Regular tune-ups can mean fewer surprises—and more savings thanks to less costly repairs. That’s the basis of our next AHS service, the HVAC Tune-up. We recommend scheduling a pre-season tune-up twice a year—once in the spring to prepare for the summer and again in the fall to ensure your system is ready for the winter.

• Inspect the pilot system (fall)
• Check refrigerant levels and systems pressures (spring)

With each cleaning, you’ll receive:

• Labor to clean the vent via agitation and brushing
• Cleaning of dryer vents up to 10 feet long
• Removal of lint, dust, and debris from the vent
