Watch this step-by-step video to help you fix your washing machine if water is leaking from it.
Turn off the water supply
Unplug your washing machine and turn off the water supply using the shutoff valve.
Remove excess water
Try to determine where the leak is coming from and then remove all excess water from the washing machine.
Unscrew the water supply line
If the washing machine is leaking from the hose or water supply tub, unscrew the water supply line from the wall and the washing machine.
Replace the hose
If any damage is found to the hose or hose washer, simply replace the entire water supply hose and reattach ensuring a good seal.
Check for leaks
Once everything has been reconnected, turn on the water supply and check for any leaks. If no leaks are found, plug in your washing machine and try using it again.
