All you have to do is sign up for a free, in-home quote and a skilled Pro will assess your current system and provide you with several new HVAC system options to choose from. Our program includes installation of the new system, removal of the old system, and financing options are available.

We offer our discounted HVAC tune-ups twice a year, once in the spring to prepare your A/C for the summer months ahead and again in the fall to ensure your heating system is ready for the winter. The discounted rate for ShieldEssential and ShieldPlus members is $100 per unit plus any applicable sales tax. ShieldComplete members receive one free tune-up per contract term. For AC systems, daytime outside air temperature must be 65 degrees Fahrenheit or above to perform a tune-up. A/C systems are not eligible for a tune-up during the fall heating tune-up season. Heating systems are not eligible for a tune-up during the spring AC tune-up season. HVAC units must be safely accessible to the Pro.

The price of a home warranty depends on a few factors, such as the level of coverage you need for your home and the service fee you select when you sign up for your plan. With three plans to choose from, you can easily pick the plan that’s right for you and your home’s needs.
Our standard contract term is 1 year.
You can place your first service request once your coverage begins on the day of closing. Service requests can easily be placed 24/7 online via MyAccount or by calling 1-888-691-2854 during standard business hours to request service.
