AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SKYLIGHT GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

ELIGIBILITY; GENERAL. This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by American Home Shield Corporation (“AHS”) and is only open to legal U.S. residents residing in the United States, who are 18 years or older and at least the age of majority in their respective state. Employees of Frontdoor, Inc. and its promotional partners and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (including AHS), and the immediate families and household members of such employees are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes, you (a) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of AHS, which are final and binding in all matters, and any and all applicable laws, rules, or regulations (collectively, “Applicable Laws”); (b) represent to AHS that you satisfy these eligibility requirements, and (c) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

BINDING AGREEMENT. These Official Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to the sweepstakes. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes or to win any of the prizes. You agree that your submission of an entry to the sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 AM CT on May 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on May 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible. The clock associated with AHS’s email server will be the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER. You may enter on the webpage provided by AHS for this purpose.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. For avoidance of doubt, you may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts, etc. All sweepstakes entries become the property of AHS and will not be acknowledged or returned.

AHS is not responsible for and will not consider any entries that (i) are incomplete, incorrect, damaged, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate or inaccurately captured, not received by AHS, lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered or late for any reason, including as a result of any technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, internet, server, email platform, website, access provider, network, computer, data transmission, or any third-party service errors, malfunctions or difficulties (including any active or passive filtering) of any kind (collectively, “Transmission Failures”), or (ii) do not conform with the remainder of the requirements of these Official Rules (collectively, “Faulty Entries”).

If AHS determines that there is any suspected or actual tampering, it may void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the sweepstakes, at which time, it may conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

SELECTION OF WINNER. Three (3) random drawings will be conducted. The drawings will be conducted on May 17, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of three (3) potential winners. Winners may only be selected once.

WINNER VERIFICATION. A potential winner will be deemed a winner and eligible to receive the prize, and the prize will be awarded, only after the potential winner’s verification of eligibility and AHS’s final verification and approval thereof. AHS may disqualify you from this sweepstakes and deem any such entry by you void if it suspects or finds that you have: (i) violated (a) the Official Rules, including by entering or attempting to enter multiple times, including through use of multiple accounts, or (b) any Applicable Law; (ii) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, including by fabricating photos or generating entries through an automated means to subvert entry process; (iii) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (iv) attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or attempted or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, AHS, or its representatives (collectively, “Violating Entries”). ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE DEEMED A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, AHS WILL DISQUALIFY YOU AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND MAY BAN OR DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THIS AND FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES. All materials submitted become the property of AHS and will not be returned.

PRIZES. Each winner will receive one (1) Skylight 10-inch Digital Calendar - White with an estimated retail value of $239.00 USD. The estimated total value of all prizes is $717.00 USD.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except AHS may substitute a prize or prizes of similar value. Winner will receive their prize at the mailing address provided. AHS is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. The prize (or any substitute prize, if determined by AHS) is the sole prize that the winner is entitled to, regardless of whether its actual retail value is less than the estimated retail value set forth in Section 7.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Many will enter, but only one will win.

OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION. Each sweepstakes winner will be contacted by AHS via email. Each winner must respond by email within five (5) days of being notified of winning. The winner must supply AHS with his/her legal name, email address, mailing address, birth date, day time and night time telephone numbers. Each winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility or photo release. Return of the prize notification as “undeliverable,” or any failure to respond or to return any required affidavit or release in the time noted, or any other failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification of the selected winner and forfeiture of the prize. AHS is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner. Each prize will be awarded after AHS’s receipt of the winner’s response and any required affidavit of eligibility, and proper verification of the winner’s identity.

PRIVACY. By entering the sweepstakes, you recognize and agree that the registration information provided by you will be made available to AHS, and use of such information will be governed, if applicable, by AHS’s Privacy Policy found at http://www.ahs.com/privacy-policy. You agree that personal information shared in connection with the sweepstakes may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. Personal information may also be used by AHS to verify your identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify your eligibility to participate in the sweepstakes. Upon entering the sweepstakes, winners grant AHS the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use world-wide in any media now known or later developed, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, city and state of residence, and biographical information for any purpose, including in advertisements, publicity, and other communications, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

TERMINATION OF SWEEPSTAKES; CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES. AHS may terminate, suspend, or modify these Official Rules or this sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time in any manner without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, including should any virus, worm, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, AHS may terminate the sweepstakes.

RELEASE; DISCLAIMER. AHS, its promotional partners, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, all prize suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of all such entities (the “Released Parties”) do not assume any liability for and may not be held liable for, and you agree to release and will hold them harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with (i) the sweepstakes, including the administration of the sweepstakes, the selection or confirmation of winners; any errors, omissions, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and any entrant’s activities in preparation of a sweepstakes entry; all of the foregoing including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage; (ii) publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party; (iii) any Faulty Entries or Violating Entries; (iv) any Transmission Failure, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the sweepstakes, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes; (v) any errors, omissions, incorrect or inaccurate information in any sweepstakes-related materials, including, without limitation, printing or advertising errors or the failure of or problems with any equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes howsoever caused; or (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference, act, or omission by any third party, third-party computer "hackers", or otherwise. AHS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the sweepstakes and any prizes. This section shall apply to the extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision herein, the Released Parties’ total liability for any and all claims, judgements, and awards against the Released Parties shall not exceed the total out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you to enter the sweepstakes. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any attorneys’ fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This section shall apply to the extent permitted by law.

TAXES. The winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes or other assessments associated with receipt and use of the prizes.

FORCE MAJEURE. AHS will not be liable for failure or delay in performing any of the activities described herein because of causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, terrorism, war, riots, fire, earthquake, flood or degradation or failure of third party networks, services, or communications infrastructure.

WINNER LIST; RULES REQUEST. To request a copy of these Official Rules or a list of winners' names, please send a letter or postcard to American Home Shield Corporation, 3400 Players Club Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, TN 38125, with the attention line on the envelope or postcard to: “Official Rules Request – Skylight Sweepstakes” or “Winner’s List Request – Skylight Sweepstakes”, as applicable.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND GOVERNS HOW YOU AND AHS CAN BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER. THIS SECTION WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRE YOU AND US TO SUBMIT CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

a. Notice of Disputes. If a dispute arises between the parties, the party who intends to seek arbitration must send a written notice of dispute describing the claim and specific relief sought. All notices to AHS shall be sent to the following email address: legal@ahs.com. All notices to you will be sent to the electronic mail address we have on file for you. The notice must include the initiating party's digital or ink signature and, if the party is represented by an attorney, the attorney's signature. No arbitration shall be commenced, and no arbitration fees shall be assessed, until AHS has received a compliant written notice and AHS has had 30 days to evaluate and respond to the notice.

b. Class Action Waiver. You and AHS each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including any arbitration, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and AHS each waive any right to a jury trial. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND AHS ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION IN ANY FORUM.

c. Batching of Similar Actions. To increase efficiency of resolution, if 25 or more similar arbitration demands, presented by or with the assistance of the same law firm(s) or organization(s), are submitted to JAMS in accordance with the rules described above within a 30-day period, JAMS shall (i) group the arbitration demands into batches of no more than 25 demands per batch (plus, to the extent there are less than 25 arbitration demands left over after the batching described above, a final batch consisting of the remaining demands); and (ii) provide for resolution of each batch as a single arbitration with one set of filing and administrative fees and one arbitrator assigned per batch. You agree to cooperate in good faith with AHS and JAMS to implement such a batch approach to resolution and fees.

CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION; EQUITABLE RELIEF. This sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law and is subject to all Applicable Laws. This sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the state of Tennessee for resolution of all claims, differences and disputes the parties may have regarding this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that a breach by you of these Official Rules would cause AHS irreparable harm for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy, and in the event of such breach or threatened breach, AHS will be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief.
