Whether everyone's grabbing a refreshing beverage from the refrigerator after a fun day at Willowood RV Resort & Campground or you're washing and drying all the clothes and towels from a camping weekend, your appliances have their work out for them.

It's essential to keep an eye on your appliances, especially those that work hard all year round. Meanwhile, ovens and stoves may have a greater workload throughout lows of 17 degrees in winter months generating more heat needed to cook.

ProConnect finds appliance repair professionals that can help fix the issue so you don't go a day without the appliances you need.

  • Our tech was very courteous and informative. He had great customer service skills!

  • Steve Ferguson did an outstanding job in replacing the electric stove burners and receptacles. One problem that we had is that the front 8 inch burner would burn red hot even on low. After checking the wiring to that burner receptacle and making sure it was wired correctly, the burner still burned red hot even on low. After testing the switch and finding that it was good, Steve continued to troubleshoot that burner. He discovered that a wire flat clip was inside the switch and was making continuous contact between the two metal contacts in the switch. Apparently, the wire clip had either inadvertently fallen in through a hole in the plate switch cover at the factory or as part of the switch assembly when it was packaged. I am amazed that he was able to find the loose clip inside the switch body. He then removed the metal cover, removed the clip, and assembled everything back together. Everything apparently was then working properly. My wife was very happy.
