We keep your appliances working properly all year.

In summer and winter break, you need to keep an eye on your frequently used appliances, with children out of school and college students coming home from Vaughn College Of Aeronautics And Technology and other universities.

Summer fun such as spending time at Urban Cowboy or going for a swim help you beat the warm temps, but devices, like your washer and dryer, also need to be prepared for additional work after fall and spring hiking trips.

It's ideal to keep an eye on your appliances, especially those that work hard all year round. For example, refrigerators are constantly running in order to maintain fresh food, but the average 93-degree summer days make it work even harder. Meanwhile, ovens and stoves may have a larger workload throughout lows of 28 degrees in winter months generating more heat needed to cook.

Frontdoor Pro appliance repair professionals keep the appliances in your house up and running when you need them the most.

  • The service tech Charles did a great job fixing the dishwasher. It is working (albeit with a noise that we later discussed with Charles in a follow-up phone call). He was very nice and courteous. The only thing I would have liked is a more accurate estimate of the cost of the job prior to starting so that I know if it's worth it to fix the dishwasher or not. While Charles did give us that estimate it would have helped to know what the general estimate would have been when setting up the appointment. The service itself was good. If the estimate was known ahead of time I would have given 5 stars.

Some people can diagnose and fix dryer issues themselves. Dryers can experience problems in a variety of areas and functions—from the drum not turning to the dryer not starting. You may notice that your dryer now takes a long time to dry a load of laundry or that it is getting too hot. It's important to diagnose the exact problem before you start on DIY repairs. If you choose not to do it yourself, you'll find many qualified professionals to service your dryer in Jackson height.

It's easier to locate the problem if you understand the basics: Most dryers run on a motor that uses pulleys and belts turn the drum. Air that's gas- or electric-heated is pushed through the drum. Timed thermostats control heat and speed. Many if not most dryers also have a restart button that can get things running if the issue is not part of the motor, switches, or electrical system. If you are having trouble diagnosing the issue, it may be time to contact a dryer repair professional in Jackson height.
