Requesting service has never been easier. Simply log in to your account, pick the item in question and tell us what's happening. We'll send you an email confirmation with the contractor who will be providing service and the contact information.
Once your contractor arrives, they'll diagnose the problem, confirm it's covered by your contract, and make the repair or replace your equipment. All you're responsible for is the Trade Service Call Fee, due and payable directly to the contractor when they arrive.
