Contractors are scored based on a points system. This score helps determine how many dispatches the contractor may receive. A higher score may help you receive more call volume. There are several attributes that make up the score, including quality and cost. One measurement of Quality that we use is e-surveys, These customer surveys provide American Home Shield with the customer's opinion of how the entire interaction with American Home Shield and the service contractor was handled.
