The service pro will present you with a FREE estimate of the work, which you can either accept or decline. In some instances, the service pro may need to do some diagnostic work in order to accurately determine how to fix the problem. If this is the case, the service pro will still present you with a FREE estimate. You can decide whether or not to approve the diagnostic work. If you choose to complete the actual work with us, the diagnostic fee will be credited back to you.
When do I need to pay for my services?
Payment is always due upon completion of authorized work. After you approve the estimate, you are committed to paying for that work once the service pro finishes the job.
