What is American Home Shield ProConnect™ doing in response to COVID-19?

American Home Shield ProConnect™ is still open for business, and we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. Our main priority is keeping our Members, staff, Pros, and community safe, while still providing the important home services we all depend on.

Our customer service department continues to be available to help with any projects that you need done around your home. We can be reached at 1-833-730-1222, or you can always book via our website at: www.ahs.com/proconnect.

We want to reassure you that we are fully operational, and will continue to offer our full range of home services.  We are advising our Pros to be flexible with their timing, to wash hands regularly, wear gloves, cancel appointments if they’re sick and adhere to all guidelines and recommendations from local, state, and federal authorities.

As many of us are working from home, we are putting more strain on our home’s systems.  We are seeing an increase in services like Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Drain Cleaning.  These are all considered Essential Services, and we have been hard at work ensuring we have the best background checked, insured, and well-reviewed Pros available to take care of you and your homes.
