No. You can purchase a home warranty from American Home Shield without a home inspection or system and appliance maintenance records.
Yes. We don't care how old your home systems and appliances are - our home warranty protection will cover them.
Your coverage starts the day of closing, however, if payment for the home warranty funds has not been received from the home closing process, the number of service requests may be limited.
